Our Policies Shipping AND HANDLING Charges are calculated at Checkout
*Items considered "Equipment" or "Freight" or where otherwise noted on their respective pages may carry additional postage due after checkout depending on destination zip code. Additionally, remote locations such as Alaska carry additional postage due after checkout depending on destination zip code as well. In these situations, a representative will contact you for authorization on the additional postage due prior to shipping. Orders shipped by Air: If your order was requested 2nd day air or Next Day Air, it will be shipped that way under normal circumstances. Applicable shipping charges will be applied as a second line item on your account billed under "Cheaprelief.com, Inc. Stamford CT" Ordering something by 2nd or next day air does not always mean it will be delivered in one or two days. It means that we will ship it with that chosen method. Actual delivery times are not guaranteed. As such, Charges pertaining to air charges once billed, provided that the item was shipped by your requested method, are not refundable under any circumstances. We do our absolute best in getting all packages out on time however we are not responsible for UPS or Fed-X or other courier delay. PRESCRIPTIONS REQUIRED FOR:
For our customers safety and protection , our return policy is strict. One would not want to purchase any item that was clearly used by another person, or had been in contact with another persons body prior to your usage. As such, and with respect to same Cheaprelief.com, Inc adopts a clear and strict definition of items suitable for return or refund: The customer may elect within 30 days of the original purchase date, return or exchange most products for a full refund or credit/exchange, unless otherwise noted on the product page description. “Use” is defined as use of a product one time or more. Items that show evidence of odors, cigarette smoke, soiling, stains, and unsuitable appearances are examples of un-acceptable returns. If your item is returned to us and deemed to be unsuitable, it will not be accepted. When a product is returned to our warehouse, it goes through a strict inspection process. At the sole discretion of our intake staff, Your product will either be deemed acceptable, or not acceptable. If Acceptable: A refund will post to your account within 10 business days (excluding holidays), less a 10% restock fee and original postage and handling. If your item is deemed unacceptable: There are two choices. You may pay for us to reship it back, or we will discard it, and no refund will be due you. Methods of shipping: Items authorized for return should be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex only. We are not responsible for lost returns. 10% Restock Fee: A 10% restock fee will apply to all returns and item adjustments unless otherwise noted.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

customer service department for an RA (Return Authorization) number prior to
returning items. NOTE: Please do NOT ship anything back without a RA number designated by our customer service. Your merchandise may be lost otherwise. Thank you.
Damaged items:
Please report any item received damaged within
48 hours
of confirmed delivery time by our carrier, UPS. Please reference any serial no. with any claim for damaged products. No exceptions. Invoices: We do not ship invoices with the products. Please keep your email confirmation at the time of purchase. That is your invoice.
Cancellations: Orders not shipped, may be cancelled. Once a tracking number has been generated, your order may not be cancelled. You may refuse the package by notifying UPS and it will return to sender. At that point, we will credit your account less original shipping and handling.
Within 30 days of the original purchase date, you may return or exchange any unused product for a full refund or exchange, less original shipping costs, and 10% restock fee. All Refunds are subject to a product inspection & approval. Once approved, refunds will be posted to your credit card on file within 48 hours - not including weekends. If your item is determined to have been used, slightly used, or used a little upon our inspection and solely at our discretion, a refund or exchange will not be permitted.
Pillows: Unopened & Unused & Untried even once and in the original packaging only may be returned for exchange or refund. Once the original packaging is broken, it is deemed non returnable-period. No exceptions due to health regulation. Nutritional products : Only unopened products may be exchanged or returned within the allotted 30 day period.
10% Restock Fee: A 10% restock fee applies to everyone.
Other products authorized for return must be returned by U.P.S. or Fed-X prepaid and insured ($100.00 is usually included free with all U.P.S.). Items must be in the original box with original packaging materials. Credit will ONLY be applied for merchandise approved for a return or exchange- that we actually receive back. CheapRelief.com, Inc. is not responsible, will not be held liable for and will not issue credit on your merchandise that is not received. If your delivery confirmation can not be proven, there will be no refund, in the case of a discrepancy...use U.P.S. UPS shipments are track-able, and safe. Please protect your merchandise and your money...PLEASE use U.P.S.Cancellations:
An order may be cancelled upon instruction
to do so as long as it has not shipped. Once it has left our warehouse, it
