trackable on our system at any time, period..
Ground orders normally ship within 1-2 business
days, excluding weekends, holidays.
Normally, Ground
packages may take up to 8 business days, excluding
weekends, and holidays to deliver, even though your
tracking may "not work " , So PLEASE
allow 8 business days excluding weekends and/or
Holidays BEFORE you ask us to look
into your "lost " package for you. You Will need
your invoice number on your confirmation email to
track your package with UPS,
if it is a trackable item.
Orders
shipped by Air: If your order
was requested 2nd day air or Next Day Air,
it will be shipped that way under normal
circumstances.
Ordering something by
2nd or next day air does not always
mean it will be delivered in one or two days. It
means that we will ship it with that chosen method.
Actual delivery times are not guaranteed.
As such, Charges pertaining to air charges once
billed, provided that the item was shipped by your
requested method, are not refundable under any
circumstances. We do our absolute best in getting
all packages out on time however we are not
responsible for UPS or Fed-X or other courier delay,
weekends, holidays, or peak demand times such as
