measure just below the patella circumference(kneecap)
XSmall Less than 10inches
Small 10 to 12 and one half inches
Medium 12 half to 14 half inches
Large 14 to 16 half inches
XLarge any over 16 half inches. When in doubt, choose the smaller size.
